Image Handling

Once you sign in to GearBox, uploading a file is easy.

  1. From the File Library, click the "Add a File" button
  2. Select Browse to choose a file from your computer,
  3. Choose the folder you want the file saved
  4. Hit "Save".

Pretty easy, huh?

What GearBox is doing behind the scenes is taking that image file and resizing it based on the templates we've designed for you. Sometimes you may want to make adjustments to how your image is automatically cropped.

  1. Click the cropping tab
  2. Choose which image version you'd like to edit
  3. Choose the area you'd like to crop
  4. Hit the Crop button

Easy as that! The system saves your new image and it's ready to be inserted into your site.
