Image Galleries and Slide Shows


Gallery

Images and slideshows are an easy way to add visual interest to your website. The Gallery lets you create and maintain multiple slideshows from one location.

  1. Sign in to GearBox, click the Gallery tab and then click on Add a Slideshow.
  2. Enter the name for your slideshow and then click the New Slide tab.
  3. Next, click Browse to choose a file from your computer. You can enter a slide title and caption if you like, but it’s not required.
  4. Then click Save Changes and your slideshow has been created. Keep using the New Slide tab until you’ve added all the images to your slideshow.

Once your slideshow has images in it, you can change the order of the images simply by dragging and dropping them to their new location. You can also click on an individual slide if you want to change the caption or title, or even if you want to replace the image with a new one.

Once your slideshow is ready you can add it to any of your webpages simply by selecting the gallery page template and choosing a slideshow from the drop down menu.
