Billing Administrator/Project Analyst

Position Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing production process budgets, tracking production progress and managing the invoicing process for projects and work orders. This position works directly with the CFO in handling the effectiveness of finance processes for the company.

Required Experience
Four-year Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.)with an emphasis on courses in business, math, communications, administration, finances and/or accounting. 

Or equivalent combination of education and career experience in a customer service and/or billing administrator capacity.

Required Skills
  • Familiarity with A/P and A/R processes and procedures
  • Experience utilizing spreadsheet software for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates and company leadership
  • Maintain a detail-oriented focus on routine tasks
  • Ability to analyze data and clearly and efficiently distribute findings
  • Proven independent problem solving capability

Tactical Work Listing

  1. Timely processing of all tasks associated with project review and tracking
  2. Provide leadership and managerial staff with capacity and budgetary information at weekly and ad hoc meetings.
  3. Assist in staff compliance with necessary time entry.
  4. Support CFO information needs with financial analysis
  5. Work with Billing Assistant and Project Coordinator to manage A/P and A/R duties as appropriate.
  6. Maintain proactive communication with Sales staff regarding proposal activity and assist with any preliminary budgetary needs.
  7. Attend all necessary internal meetings as defined by in Project Management processes. Support Project Coordinator and CFO with client inquiries as necessary.

Web Application Developer

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Web Application Developer to join our talented web development and design team. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting existing SiteCrafting customers' websites.

Required Experience:

Four-year Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software development experience in a web environment with in-depth knowledge and understanding of:

  • PHP and/or ASP.net
  • HTML - HTML5 experience preferred
  • CSS - CSS3 experience preferred
  • JavaScript
  • Source controlled development environment
  • MySQL and/or MS SQL
  • Windows, Macintosh and Unix server environments
  • Data architecture design and query optimization

Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to do the following:

  • Effectively manage workload on multiple projects and meet all required timelines
  • Work independently, but able to effectively function as a member of a team
  • Work cooperatively with teammates, vendors and clients

Tactical Work Listing

  1. Review and code using specifications document or work request
  2. Communicate progress and timeline to Web Production Manager.
  3. Review and test all code in all browsers in development environment prior to posting on client website
  4. Review all posted code on client website in all browsers prior to closing the work order.
  5. Make capacity available for customer training and support.
  6. Work with Web Production Manager to develop specialization as a resource for techniques and tools as needed
  7. Provide internal support for wire-framing, site architecture, database diagrams and other project planning duties as needed
  8. Maintain and report actual time to Web Production Manager for billing.
  9. Work with a variety of software development tools including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Zend Development Environment, Windows, Macintosh, and Unix environments, as well as PHP, MySQL, and ImageMagick.
  10. Model by example good customer service, documentation, and professionalism.
